Can I bring my Dog?

No dogs, except for appropriate service dogs are allowed on the Official Naples Grape Festival grounds. This is the grounds area located at the Memorial Town Hall and across the street at the south side of the Naples High School. The festival staff loves their pets as much as you do. However, there are 100's of people walking the sidewalks of the entire Main Street area. It is extremely unfair to your pet to subject them to the conditions of getting stepped on. Depending on weather conditions there is no place to get water, allow them to tend themselves. As well we have to consider not every pet is "crowd friendly" or has the manners and teachings to "get along with others". Please to avoid problems leave your pets at home.

I bought something from a vendor on the street and it is broken, how do I contact them?

The Naples Grape Festival has no connections or information for any vendors or businesses vending along Main Street and are not part of the Official Festival. It is suggested that you make sure to get a business card or contact information from them when making a purchase.

I don't drink, but would like to join my friends in the craft beverage garden.

You are allowed to enter the beverage area with your friends, if you are 21 and over. You will need to have identification available and will receive a wrist band indicating you are allowed in but unable to be served any tastings.

I would like to buy wine but I don't want to lug it all over the festival.

The festival has a valet service located at the exit of the beverage garden. You will be able to leave your purchases with the valet staff upon leaving. You will be given a claim ticket that you will need to show when picking up your purchases.

Why are there commercial enterprises on the official grounds?

The commercial businesses participating with us bring an opportunity to bring an awareness for those looking for home improvements to gain knowledge and ideas. These businesses also bring additional funding to the festival. It is great marketing for the business as well as the festival.

Where am I supposed to park?

We offer a large parking lot on the frontal grounds of Hazlitt 1852 Winery. Located on North Main Street. There is a fee of $5.00 per car. At this parking lot you are able to grab a ride on the free Shuttle Bus that will take you directly to the festival grounds. Yes, parking can be frustrating. There are several homes and businesses that also offer parking scattered throughout Main Street and the village side streets.

Where are the bathrooms?

Portables and wash sinks are available at the rear of the Memorial Town Hall and across the street at the Naples High School at the rear of the food court area.

Is there a shuttle to the parking at Hazlitt?

Yes it a free shuttle bus. You can take it directly at the Hazlitt parking area or at the corner of Academy and Main Street.

I have a complaint about a vendor in the village, who do I contact?

You can contact the Village Office at 585-374-2435. They will be able to forward your message onto the appropriate person.

Can we go inside Memorial Town Hall?

Unfortunately No. The building is not ADA approved.

Where is the music area?

The music is located at the rear of the Memorial Town Hall. It is under an open tent and several chairs are available for seating.

Are there ATM machines on site?

There is one ATM located at the bottom of the stairs of the Town Hall and another across the street at the High School crosswalk entrance. There are a few others located at the two banks, the grocery store, and mini mart. However, it is best to take note that it is better to come prepared with the cash needed, as many times the ATM's run out of cash, or if the internet gets too bogged down the ATM's are unable to work.

Who is the beneficiary of the money raised on the Official Grounds of MTH?

The Official Naples Grape Festival is a part of the Naples Rotary Club under the position of the Naples Grape and Arts Festival LLC. All profits after expenses are split evenly with the Naples Rotary Club and the Naples Historical Society. Both of these organizations bring the funds directly back to supporting the community and global efforts.
